Decadent No-Bake German Chocolate Cheesecake
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 cups chocolate cookie crumbs
- 1/3 cup melted butter
- 24 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups heavy cream
- 1/2 cup sweetened shredded coconut
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips, melted
- Chocolate ganache (for topping)
- Whipped cream (for garnish)
- Additional chocolate cookies, pecans, and coconut (for garnish)
Directions:
- In a medium bowl, combine chocolate cookie crumbs and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan to form the crust.
- In a large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- In a separate bowl, whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form, then gently fold into the cream cheese mixture.
- Stir in the shredded coconut and chopped pecans.
- Pour the filling over the crust, spreading it evenly.
- Drizzle the melted chocolate over the top and swirl gently with a knife.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
- Before serving, top with chocolate ganache, whipped cream, and additional garnishes as desired.
