Decadent No-Bake German Chocolate Cheesecake

Ingredients:

    • 1 1/2 cups chocolate cookie crumbs
    • 1/3 cup melted butter
    • 24 oz cream cheese, softened
    • 1 cup granulated sugar
    • 1 tsp vanilla extract
    • 1 1/2 cups heavy cream
    • 1/2 cup sweetened shredded coconut
    • 1/2 cup chopped pecans
    • 1/2 cup chocolate chips, melted
    • Chocolate ganache (for topping)
    • Whipped cream (for garnish)
    • Additional chocolate cookies, pecans, and coconut (for garnish)

Directions:

    • In a medium bowl, combine chocolate cookie crumbs and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan to form the crust.
    • In a large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
    • In a separate bowl, whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form, then gently fold into the cream cheese mixture.
    • Stir in the shredded coconut and chopped pecans.
    • Pour the filling over the crust, spreading it evenly.
    • Drizzle the melted chocolate over the top and swirl gently with a knife.
    • Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
    • Before serving, top with chocolate ganache, whipped cream, and additional garnishes as desired.
