Ingredients:
- For the Crust:
- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar

- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- For the Banana Mousse:
- 3 ripe bananas, mashed
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- For the Caramel Layer:
- 1 cup caramel sauce
- For the Topping:
- 2 bananas, sliced
- 1/4 cup chopped peanuts
- Extra caramel sauce for drizzling
Directions:
- Prepare the Crust: Combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and granulated sugar in a bowl. Mix well and press into the bottom of a springform pan. Chill in the refrigerator while preparing the other layers.
- Peanut Butter Layer: In a bowl, beat together creamy peanut butter, powdered sugar, and heavy cream until smooth. Spread evenly over the chilled crust.
