Elegant Mini Rolo Cheesecakes 🍫🥰These Mini Rolo Cheesecakes are pure caramel and chocolate heaven! Perfect for satisfying your sweet tooth 😍🧁
Ingredients:
    • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
    • 1/4 cup melted butter
    • 2 cups cream cheese, softened
    • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
    • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
    • 2 large eggs
    • 1/2 cup sour cream
    • 1/4 cup caramel sauce
    • 1 cup mini Rolo candies, chopped
    • Additional mini Rolo candies for garnish
Directions:
    • Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C) and line a muffin tin with cupcake liners.
    • In a bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press a spoonful of the mixture into the bottom of each cupcake liner to form the crust.
    • In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add the vanilla extract and eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
    • Mix in the sour cream and caramel sauce until fully incorporated.
    • Fold in the chopped mini Rolo candies.
    • Divide the cheesecake batter evenly among the cupcake liners, filling each about 3/4 full.
    • Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until the centers are set.
    • Allow the cheesecakes to cool completely, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
    • Garnish with additional mini Rolo candies and a drizzle of caramel sauce.
