☕️ Homemade Coffee Iced Banana Loaf🍌
Ingredients:
    • 3 ripe bananas, mashed
    • 1/3 cup melted butter
    • 3/4 cup sugar
    • 1 beaten egg
    • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
    • 1 teaspoon baking soda
    • Pinch of salt
    • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
    • For the Coffee Glaze:
    • 1 cup powdered sugar
    • 2 tablespoons brewed coffee
    • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Directions:
    • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
    • In a large mixing bowl, combine the mashed bananas with the melted butter.
    • Add the sugar, beaten egg, and vanilla extract to the banana mixture and mix well.
    • Sprinkle the baking soda and salt over the mixture and stir to combine.
    • Add the flour and mix until just incorporated.
    • Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and bake for 60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
    • Let the bread cool in the pan for about 10 minutes, then transfer it to a wire rack to cool completely.
    • While the bread is cooling, prepare the coffee glaze by mixing the powdered sugar, brewed coffee, and vanilla extract until smooth.
    • Drizzle the coffee glaze over the cooled banana bread before slicing and serving.
