Ingredients:
    • For the Brownie Layer:
    • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
    • 1 cup granulated sugar
    • 2 large eggs
    • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
    • 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
    • 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
    • 1/4 teaspoon salt
    • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
    • 1/2 cup chocolate chips
    • For the Raspberry Swirl:
    • 1 cup raspberries, fresh or frozen
    • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
    • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
    • 2 tablespoons water
    • For the Cheesecake Layer:
    • 2 cups cream cheese, softened
    • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
    • 2 large eggs
    • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Directions:
    • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 9x9 inch baking pan with parchment paper.
    • In a bowl, mix together melted butter, 1 cup sugar, and 2 eggs. Stir in flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, salt, and vanilla until well combined. Fold in chocolate chips. Spread the brownie mixture into the prepared pan.
    • In a saucepan, combine raspberries, 2 tablespoons sugar, cornstarch, and water. Cook over medium heat until the sauce thickens. Strain to remove seeds.
    • Blend cream cheese, 1/2 cup sugar, 2 eggs, and vanilla extract until smooth. Pour over the brownie layer.
    • Drop spoonfuls of raspberry sauce over the cheesecake layer and use a toothpick to create swirls.
    • Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until the cheesecake is set. Let cool before slicing.
