 Irresistible Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Ice Cream Cake

Ingredients:
  • 2 cups chocolate chip cookie dough ice cream
  • 1 package chocolate chip cookies, crushed
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 2 cups vanilla ice cream
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup chocolate syrup
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chunks for garnish
Directions:

  • Line a springform pan with parchment paper.
  • In a bowl, combine the crushed chocolate chip cookies with the melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of the pan to form a crust.
  • Spread the chocolate chip cookie dough ice cream over the crust and smooth it out. Freeze for 30 minutes.
  • Spread the vanilla ice cream over the chocolate chip cookie dough ice cream layer and freeze for another 30 minutes.
  • Drizzle the chocolate syrup over the top layer and sprinkle with chocolate chips.
  • Freeze the cake for at least 2 hours or until firm.
  • Before serving, top with whipped cream and garnish with chocolate chunks.
