Irresistible Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Ice Cream Cake
Ingredients:
- 2 cups chocolate chip cookie dough ice cream
- 1 package chocolate chip cookies, crushed
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 2 cups vanilla ice cream
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup chocolate syrup
- 1 cup whipped cream
- 1/2 cup chocolate chunks for garnish
Directions:
- Line a springform pan with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, combine the crushed chocolate chip cookies with the melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of the pan to form a crust.
- Spread the chocolate chip cookie dough ice cream over the crust and smooth it out. Freeze for 30 minutes.
- Spread the vanilla ice cream over the chocolate chip cookie dough ice cream layer and freeze for another 30 minutes.
- Drizzle the chocolate syrup over the top layer and sprinkle with chocolate chips.
- Freeze the cake for at least 2 hours or until firm.
- Before serving, top with whipped cream and garnish with chocolate chunks.
