Irresistible Hot Fudge Sundae Brownie Cheesecake
Ingredients:
- 1 box brownie mix (plus ingredients listed on the box)
- 24 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup hot fudge sauce, divided
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- Whipped cream, for topping
- Additional hot fudge sauce, for drizzling
- Chocolate shavings or sprinkles, for garnish
Directions:
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9-inch springform pan.
- Prepare the brownie mix according to the package directions. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out mostly clean. Allow to cool slightly.
- In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar together until smooth and creamy.
- Add the eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract.
- Pour half of the hot fudge sauce over the cooled brownie base and spread evenly.
- Pour the cream cheese mixture over the fudge layer and spread evenly.
- Sprinkle the chocolate chips over the cheesecake layer.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until the center is set and the edges are lightly browned. Allow to cool completely in the pan.
- Once cooled, refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Before serving, top with whipped cream, drizzle with remaining hot fudge sauce, and garnish with chocolate shavings or sprinkles.
