Let’s make baking fun with this Zucchini Cheddar Bread! Great for sharing with friends and family. 





Ingredients:
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 3 large eggs
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 2 cups grated zucchini (about 2 medium)
- 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped jalapeΓ±os (optional)
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease and flour a 9x5 inch loaf pan.
- In a large bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, garlic powder, and oregano.
- In another bowl, beat eggs with vegetable oil and sour cream until smooth.
- Stir the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients until just combined. Fold in grated zucchini, cheddar cheese, and jalapeΓ±os if using.
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan. Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Let cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
