Ingredients
- For the Cake:

- 1 1/2 cups heavy whipping cream
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

- Fresh blackberries
- Edible flowers (optional)
Instructions
- Prepare the Cake:
- Preheat your oven according to the cake mix instructions.
- Prepare the white cake mix as per the package instructions, adding 1 cup of white chocolate chips to the batter.
- Pour the batter into a greased 9x13 inch baking dish.
- Bake the cake according to the package instructions until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Let the cake cool completely.
- Make the Blackberry Sauce:
- In a medium saucepan, combine the blackberries, sugar, water, and lemon juice.
- Bring to a simmer over medium heat, stirring occasionally until the berries break down and the mixture thickens (about 10 minutes).
- Stir in the cornstarch mixture and cook for another 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens further.
- Remove from heat and let it cool completely.
- Prepare the Poke Filling:
- Once the cake is cooled, use the handle of a wooden spoon to poke holes all over the cake.
- In a medium bowl, combine the sweetened condensed milk and melted white chocolate chips.
- Pour the mixture evenly over the cake, allowing it to soak into the holes.
- Add the Blackberry Sauce:
- Spread the cooled blackberry sauce over the top of the cake, letting it drip into the holes.
- Prepare the Frosting:
- In a large bowl, beat the heavy whipping cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form.
- Spread the whipped cream evenly over the top of the cake.
- Garnish and Serve:
