🍍 Sweet, Spicy, and So Crunchy! These tropical pineapple fritters are a treat that will transport your taste buds to paradise!✨
Ingredients:
  • 1 large pineapple, peeled and cored
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 large egg
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • Vegetable oil for frying
  • Additional cinnamon and sugar for dusting
Instructions:
  • 1. Slice the pineapple into rings about 1/2 inch thick.
  • 2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon.
  • 3. Add the egg and milk, beating until the batter is smooth.
  • 4. Heat oil in a deep fryer or large pot to 375°F (190°C).
  • 5. Dip each pineapple ring into the batter, making sure it’s fully coated.
  • 6. Fry the rings in batches, turning once, until golden brown, about 2 minutes per side.
  • 7. Remove with a slotted spoon and drain on paper towels.
  • 8. While still warm, dust the fritters with a mixture of cinnamon and sugar.
  • 9. Serve hot and enjoy!
